You can track your activity at specific time period using motion mode by long pressing the control button at the page showing a running man.
In the motion mode, press the control button to select your activity, there are totally 10 sports which includes Outdoor Run, Outdoor Walk, Indoor Run, Indoor Walk, Hiking, Stair Stepper, Outdoor Cycle, Stationary Bike, Elliptical and Rowing Machine, press the control button once to go through different sports, long press to enter and start tracking.
During tracking, you can scroll to Pause page and long press the control button to pause it, long press again to continue.
After you have funished, scroll to Exit page and long press the control button to exit motion mode.
Finally, you can get the post-workout summaries in the App after sync. Tap Running > Smartwatch Movement in the H Band app, a historical record and data details of your activity will be shown.
