How to track heart rate with the tracker and app?

Please wear your tracker slightly tighter to make sure the heart rate sensor is always in direct contact with your skin, your tracker should lay flat about one finger’s width away from your wrist bone.To view your heart rate on your tracker, please scroll to the Heart Rate page (by tapping the function button), wait around 2 seconds for your heart rate reading to appear, the beats per minute (BPM) figure will then update every 0.5 seconds, it may take 10-15 seconds for the reading to stabilize. The heart rate readings will keep showing on the screen for about 40 seconds before the backlight goes off.

To get the readings of Heart Rate each hour in the app, please enable HR automatic monitoring. ( In the app: Y39 > Switch setting > HR automatic monitoring – enable). Your heart rate will be recorded and shown at the dashboard in the app.

Alternatively, you can use motion mode to track your activity at specific time, please scroll to motion mode page (page showing a running man) on your tracker, long press the control button, select your activity like “Outdoor run”, and then long press again to start to track time, heart rate, calories, steps, distance, and pace on your tracker. After you finish running, you can get the post-workout summaries of heart rate on H Band App after sync. Tap Running > Smartwatch Movement in the H Band app, a historical record and data details of your activity including heart rate zone will be shown.
