How to save battery life?

It normally takes 1-2 hours to charge the tracker fully and can give you up to 7-day working time. The following are some tips to save your tracker’s battery life:

1.Turn off the Wrist Sense ( In App: Mine > Y39 > Turn wrist detection) or
2.Set the HR automatic monitoring and BP automatic monitoring to Manually ( In App: Mine > Y39 > Switch setting) or
3.Turn off some Message notifications (if possible) or
4.Turn off or adjust the period of Sedentary Alert ( to avoid vibrating when you don’t wear it)
